Aniello (name) Misto (family name) is a Neapolitan singer, composer and musician, that approaches music at a young age. He starst playing the bass self-taught on the streets of Herculaneum, his beloved homeland, when he's just eight years old.

In 2018 he published his fifth cd, "PARTHENOPE", whose songs deal with particular themes of profound importance, sometimes burning and disconcerting actuality, alternating the detailed narration of the life of migrant refugees from their homeland to the nightlife of women of pleasure, touching the lanes of the folkloristic Naples full of life and secrets, dwelling on the history of fishermen and laborers, on life at sea and on land, telling the beauties and shortcomings of Naples and the secrets that are hidden in silence, and moreover the importance of protecting the Earth, the victim of over-nature abuses.
The album PARTHENOPE, published and distributed worldwide by Plaza Mayor Company Ltd. (under the supervision of Giancarlo Nisi and Alberto Zeppieri), was produced in the “Sud in Sound Record Company” by Gennaro Franco and Aniello Misto, and boasts the artistic and musical collaborations of great artists and musicians such as Antonio Mambelli, Marco Caligiuri, Fredy Malfi , Gabriele Borrelli, Vincenzo Palumbo, Giancarlo Sannino, Piero Gallo (featuring in the song 'NA GRAZIA), Mario Sellitto, Michele Montefusco, Enrico Capano, Sasà Piedepalumbo, Marco Baldascino, Mimmo Maglionico, James Senese (feat. in MAI), Gigi Patierno, Alessio Castaldi, Lara Lombardi, Maurizio Capone, Marianita Carfora (feat. in N'ATA NOTTE ANCORA) and M 'Barka Ben Taleb (feat. in ANIMA).

Throughout the process, I was able to work very closely with Director Dante Lam. Combined with his fresh perspectives and the state-of-the-art visuals, I was able to draw forth my best creative juices to enhance the cinematic experience. The beginning of my composing thought sequences always began with how the team of 8 special forces members worked together, putting their own egos aside to accomplish the same goal. While both action and plot were stunning, this film was more about the being intrinsically human and the fulfilment of one's calling to me.
