MARCELLO DE FRANCISCI – Album « Impressions » Inspired instrumentals… Label Plaza Mayor Company Ltd Impressions by Marcello De Francisci A Hauntingly Inspired Collection of Musical Movements "Impressions” is very much a collection of pieces inspired by the afterlife; creation itself as a whole and the frailty of what it is to be human. I started to record ideas for this concept album back in 2017. It began as a sonic exploration that would ultimately transform into somewhat thematic in nature. This effort I feel resonates so much with the sign of the times in some mysterious way furthermore it invites the listener to sit back and experience this work as a guided meditation. Impressions on Spotify -         01 – Creation – -         02 – The Wind Caresses Trees -         03 – A Voice Calls From Water’s Deep -         04 – Inne...

THE MATCH (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack) Director Dominik Sedlar – Jakow Sedlar Music by Dalibor Grubacevic Label Plaza Mayor Company Ltd Cd Digital & Cd Physical Limited Edition   Inspired by true story Inspired by true events from the spring of 1944 when the Nazis organized a football match between a team of camp inmates and an elite Nazi team on Adolf Hitler’s birthday. A match the prisoners are determined to win, no matter what happens…   STATEMENTS: Since this is a film based on a true and historical event, I opted for more “classical”, orchestral sound. The orchestra can best convey the drama experienced by the prisoners in the concentration camp. At the beginning of the film, I often use the musical motif of hope because the human spirit is unbreakable and invincible even though they live and work in inhuman conditions. Then, using a lyrical solo violin, I underline the emotions and memories of the main characters, all the way to t...

SUMMER KNIGHT (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack) Summer Knight 夏夜骑士 Original Motion Picture Soundtrack Director 尤 行 – Xing You Music by 何美 臻 – Min He Label Plaza Mayor Company Ltd Summer, 1996. In a small community in South West China, an 8 year old tries to capture the thief responsible for stealing his grandma’s bike and enters the moral quandary for the first time.. The nostalgic drama plays within a modest Chinese family. Tian-Tian’s mother is abroad in Japan to provide a living for her parents, brother, and son at home. Director You Xing presents a sensitive and quiet coming-of-age story. Unlike other movies of that genre, his approach suppresses the energy of its young protagonists. There is no explosive climax or rebellious uprising. The acting of the main characters seems calculated and almost stiff, which is somewhat contrary to the otherwise realistic style of the film. Summer Knight Ost on Spotify “Summer Knight” includes three generations. Grandpare...
