The legendary journey, film directed by Alessio Liguori, sees the DinsiemE bored while it rains outside and are forced to stay at home. To sweep away the boring air comes a mysterious package, which contains a video game entitled "The Legendary Journey". The two find themselves sucked into the game and into another dimension, known as Legendary. Here they clash with the evil Dr. Timoti and will understand that the game does not follow the laws of physics, but a logic at the levels of the video game.

During this adventure in this magical world Erick and Dominick (Erick Parisi and Dominick Alaimo) they will run into the brave Princess Ginevra (Sofia Iacuitto) and the philosopher Plato (Gianni Franco), with whom they will team up to face Sir Romualdo (Herbert Ballerina) and Captain Sarrangia (Riccardo Cicogna). To make peace reign, however, the DinsiemE must defeat Dr. Giniu, brother of Dr. Timoti, intent on overthrowing the legitimate rulers of the kingdom of Legendary, Romeo and Isabella, or the twins of Erick and Dominick. Can the pair win the last level and save Legendary?

Il Viaggio Leggendario marks my second collaboration with maestro Fabrizio Mancinelli after The Boat, continuing a professional partnership that is reinforced by a strong friendship.  Fabrizio’s versatility allows him to jump seamlessly from one genre to another, as shown by us previously working together on a thriller and now on a fantasy feature for children. Working with Fabrizio is always exciting and inspiring.

The music of Il Viaggio Leggendario is incredibly emotional and progresses into an emotional crescendo all the way through the end, transporting the viewer into an enchanted world where adventure and rhythm are king. Influences from the last century’s cinematic art are greatly evident in Fabrizio’s music, enriched by his modern amazing and unique traits.  Once again, through his music, Maestro Mancinelli masterfully manages to deeply touch our souls. I am confident no one will be disappointed by this exciting new adventure.

For this second time working together with Alessio Liguori, I understood right away I was in for a true adventure.  Pirates, villains, heroes, knights and even an 8-bit video game and recreation of a silent horror movie were involved!

I rearranged recurring themes into a multitude of different styles and for a wide array of ensembles.  It felt like traveling back in time and I truly enjoyed this special experience!

Throughout the process, I was able to work very closely with Director Dante Lam. Combined with his fresh perspectives and the state-of-the-art visuals, I was able to draw forth my best creative juices to enhance the cinematic experience. The beginning of my composing thought sequences always began with how the team of 8 special forces members worked together, putting their own egos aside to accomplish the same goal. While both action and plot were stunning, this film was more about the being intrinsically human and the fulfilment of one's calling to me.
